“The hotel was under construction, so they offered to upgrade our room to a “theme” room for free. We thought it sounded fun so we said yes. Horrible decision! The themed room was fun, as far as decor if you were into medieval things. But the room was HOT! AC cranking all night and it was sweltering! The window was completely fogged out and dirty. And one panel of the double pane didn’t fit and was loose. The carpet was lumpy, as the under-padding didn’t go all the way through. And the lock……

“The mattress was extremely comfortable, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay!”

“Room was clean but poorly stocked on supplies however front desk responded quickly and kindly to get what was needed (with toilet paper being top priority since none was in bathroom)”

“Clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Dedicated driveway. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets available. Very responsive host living upstairs—very quiet. There are fans and heaters in rooms to help with ventilation—we didn’t use one in the 2 bed room and it was pretty stuffy by morning so turn that on. Appreciated dark curtains in the bedrooms. WiFi worked great. We didn’t use the tvs at all. Bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels and plenty of hot water.……

“For the most part the camper was a good place to sleep. The description should be updated there is no AC, fireplace, and there are 5 beds 1 being a queen sized so fitting 10 is quite a stretch. They forgot to restock so we had to make a run to the Walmart.”

“What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple. ”

“It was a perfect location close to family in sugar city. The rooms were clean. The outside area was messy and the tablecloth in the table was torn. Also the front porch light didn’t work. I tried to message the host but no reply. I wanted to know about stripping the beds but couldn’t get hold of the host.”

“I went to the property. The code did not come up on my phone. I was there quite a while trying to figure out what was wrong, and I finally gave up and went to a motel and checked into the motel.”
